Hi I would like to join your group as a sponsor. I am a photographer that loves to photograph pets and show the bond created between human and animal through thoughtful and beautiful pet photography. The images will capture your heart. Thanks!

Hi, Leola is great. Troy too, I am recovering from surgery from acute ruptured appendix. Tomorrow will be three weeks and I still feel like a weak kitten. I hope to be able to log on more often, love to see what is going on with the group.
Where did you get that pink sweater? It is so cute. I'm looking for some purple stuff for Lulu my 3 year old dane.
Teri,
I would love to grab some coffee with you before the meetup. Sorry it took so long to respond. When my life gets insane the 1st thing I ditch is checking my personal email account. Thanks for offering to show us the route. If any other place is easier for you to meet please let me know and we are happy to meet anywhere. Cheers!
Carolyn
PS your profile picture is ADORABLE!!!
I'm thrilled to know you sometimes come up to Booneville or Mendocino. You probably know about Stanford Inn (in Mendocino)--ver
y dog-friendly, even welcomes them for dinner in the lounge next to the restaurant. Seabird Lodge and Surf Motel & Gardens (both in Fort Bragg) are favorite dog-friendly hotels. Low Gap Park in Ukiah has some great spots for a picnic.
(Is this the best way to respond to your messages?? I have more ideas, but no more room!)
Hope to make it to the Calistoga meetup!
Great to hear from you! I've been to your website a couple of times in the past, but I wasn't able to find a way to join. Now that Sage has a Dangel in her family I've been talking to her about starting a Dane group up here. She sent me your link--and here we are!
I hope to get to an event soon. If you think the group would be interested in coming as far north as Mendo County, I can send you info about a few good spots. Otherwise I'll try to join you at a North Bay event.
Thanks so much!
Hi Teri,
Yes, I like to go in the morning after dropping my daughter off at school. Would you like to meet sometime?
Teri, your danes are really awesome looking! I took a volunteer around at UCSF who had a white great dane, and she was working with him as a therapy dog!!
Hi Teri--If I can get away tomorrow I will, though I'm a bit swamped this week. Don't laugh, but I may leave the dogs home for this one because, as I told Michelle, my oldest is a deafie and also a bit creaky, and my youngest is a new enough adoptee that I don't think he's quite ready for this yet and I'd rather go slow than have him get into trouble by running off to Castro Valley after a squirrel or something. His recall's decent, but hasn't been put to the test in such exciting conditions.
We have had a busy summer so far, Pete traveling, just moved our daughter one mile up the road in CSFullerton etc etc. We try every time to set aside time to meetup but just cant seem to make it work. :-( Hopefully we will see you guys soon
Hi Teri: Walking the Danes at Dillon Beach sounds great but I have a feeling my body will rebel against a 3.5 hr RT drive on a Saturday, when I am recovering from 10 hrs. of commuting the prior work week. Pet your Danes (and Merlin!) for me. :-)
